1. Assist Day-of-Runners with registration, collect money, give out t-shirts, and answer general race event questions. 2. Assist Pre-registered runner. Give them Bib #, t-shirt, and answer questions.
1. Hand out cups of water to runners along race course at the 1.5 mile post. (2 volunteers) 2. Hand out cold water bottles to racer finishers and the end of race. (2 volunteers) 3. Give out food to runners in the finish area. (4 volunteers)
Ensure the safety of the runners along the course. Help put out safety cones along course, provide road crossing traffic watch and stop vehicles as necessary, collect safety cones after the race etc.
1. Help ensure we capture and record runners' finishing times. Work in finish chute and put off finisher's tabs for their bib #s and; other volunteers will post the pulled tabs and stick them on the poster boards, and complete awards information report. (4 volunteers). We could also use one person to put the results on a master list by bib #. And, willing to upload results to our race site. Race timers should arrive at 7:30 a.m. However, you could easily volunteer too for registration, which opens at 6:30 a.m. You would need to arrive at 6:00 a.m. (When volunteering for registration, sign up for it and this position.)
Be willing to work anywhere as needed.
Riding a bicycle, lead the front runner along the course. At 9:15 a.m. ride the course again and ensure remaining runners are okay and aware that the race is over.
Wells Fargo Team volunteers. Arrive at 6:30 a.m. and finish at 9:30 a.m. Details to follow.

Warren AFB volunteers should arrive at 6:30 a.m. and finish at 9:45 a.m. Details to follow.
American Heritage Girls volunteers arrive at 6:30 a.m. and finish at 9:45 a.m. Details to follow.
Greet volunteers, review assignments, give out safety vests, and issue t-shirts to those that have requested one. Check out volunteers after the race. Arrive on race day at 5:30 a.m. and finish at 9:45 a.m.
