July 12, 2018 Monthly Mission and Lesson Plan Ironhawk Juniors WE ARE CHANGEMAKERS

The goal of Ironhawk Juniors is to change the community through the courage we show by doing new things, embracing new people and uplifting those around us. Each Thursday during July every person in our program will try to make one new friend each night and encourage/cheer at least one person each night. That would be almost 800 complements given out this month and will be amazing! Keep up the great work girls and volunteers. Small steps transform into big strides.

4:00 pm - Meet in large group: Announcements: Bike next week. Starting time is 6:00pm Those needing bikes and helmets will have the opportunity to receive these items July 19.

Activity: Those who needed swim lessons are already in the pool. If someone in your group would like extra help, please let Erin know. 8-10’s will be in pool first. In addition 11-14 girls who need extra help with swim instruction. 4:10-4:50 pm 8-10 year olds will be in the pool first. Group leaders will let their group members know the color code listed by each girl’s name. Erin will let each group know when to proceed to the pool. This will keep the pool from getting too crowded. Girls can stay on the soccer field doing activity until called to the pool. 11-14’s Stay on soccer fields for running activities 4:50-5:30 pm 11-14 ye
