TABC Team verifies all guests that ask for beer are of alcohol consumption age and provides a wrist band to each guest to present to beer servers. Must be TABC certified. Lead: OPEN

Assists the cyclists with traffic safety management at designated "choke points" along the cycling routes. Lead: Jerry Riedel
Directs cyclists from the parking lots to the cyclist staging area and directs the cyclists to appropriate staging area at the Starting Point. Plan to get to the ranch within plenty time to park and be ready to assist the cyclist at 5am. FREE-TIME from 7am to 8:30 am. Other duties will be assigned after 8:30am to assist cyclists as they return to the ranch. Duties to last until 10:00am Lead: David Beck.
Welcomes back the cyclists at the finish line with cheers, applause, and joyful noise. Some volunteers will be assigned along the ranch road to direct cyclists back to Event Center. LEAD : David Beck
Set up a serving station within the Event Center to provide tacos and coffee to all early morning volunteers. Lead: Richard Meneses
Provides bottled water and ice to designated stations within the ranch. Lead: Marco Nunez
