Vendors will check-in at the ironclad gate to confirm payment. They will then be directed to one of five clustered vending areas. At the vending cluster, a volunteer will walk the vendor to their spot "between the flags." Volunteers will collect waivers.
Setting up the stage area with seating and tables. Roping off the tiltyard and getting bleachers in place. Putting out haybales where bleachers and chairs are not available.
Setting up picnic tables from main building to the tent. Getting picnic tables set in other shaded areas. Confirm trash can is nearby.
Serving drinks and processing purchase transactions
Food trucks must have vendor fee payment. Food trucks must sign a waiver. Food trucks must have proof of health certificate valid for year serving. Limited window for load-in between 8-9:30 am. Health inspector will not allow food to stay on site overnight (Friday to Saturday)
Taking cash and credit card payments for tickets using Point-Of-Sale equipment at the Main Gate. Staff to handle "skip the line" will-call and peace tying weapons.
Greet acts and show them the location. Provide support for the acts and light security to protect any belongings. Bellydance stage must be swept or cleared of debris before each performance.
