Superhero 5K Volunteers are required to attend the Volunteer Orientation on Friday, November 3, at 5pm.

Help hand out packets to pre-registered runners, register new runners and help answer any questions participants might have.
Will help set up the course the morning of the race.
Will be stationed at the a water stop to make sure there is water for racers.
