Volunteers needed to work Saturday, November 2nd from 7:30AM – 9:30AM at Sam Peden Community Park. This is the first stop for runners and walkers as they check in. Duties include: • Setting up registration area • Greeting & checking in participants with smiles and event • Organizing/handing out shirts • Answering questions/providing race information. • Pack up any remaining shirts and goody bags. Tear down registration area.

Volunteers needed to work Saturday, November 2nd from 8:30 – 12:00 p.m. at Sam Peden Community Park. Start Line: Move runners/walkers to the start line. Help keep strollers and wheelchairs at the rear of the pack and encourage runners going across the start line. Finish Line: Keeping runners moving efficiently through the finish line. Directing runners to the post-race area where they can wait for loved ones, have snacks, and retrieve their medals. Hand weary runner’s cold bottles of water. Keeping post-race area stocked.

Volunteers needed to prepare packets at NAFCS Educational Support Center, 2801 Grant Line Road. Duties include: • Organizing shirts sizes • Stuffing goodie bags.
Volunteers needed to work the early packet pick-up held on Friday, November 3rd from 4:30 – 7:15 p.m. at NAFCS Educational Support Center, 2801 Grant Line Road. Duties include: • Handing out shirts and goodie bags, and providing race information.
Volunteers needed to work Saturday, November 2nd from 8:30 – 12:00 p.m. at Sam Peden Community Park. This key role is not just about providing hydration support — but moral support and excitement! Duties include: • Handing water to runners as they come by • Cheering on participants • Cleaning up and tearing down the water station when the last runner passes.
Volunteers needed to work Saturday, November 2nd from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. at Sam Peden Community Park. These volunteers direct participants to the appropriate parking areas and guide them from the parking area to the event area.
Don't need to be professional - just enjoy taking pictures. Must have own equipment. Take pictures/videos of the race, set up, etc. Download all photos onto given site same day as race.
