Registration & Sign in Table
Check-in participants and register same day participants
Swag Bag Table
Hand out swag bags at the end of the walk.
Doggie Bags
Hand out Doggie bags at the end of the walk
Water Tables
Hand out water bottles at the water table at The Stone Summit & the Bells Ferry turn-around point.
Set up Crew
Help Vendors and The Extension set up tables, equipment and booths to start the walk.
Clean up Crew
Help vendors and The Extension break down and clean up the event.
Trail Patrol
Patrol the trail during the walk and after to make sure all trash and dog poop is cleaned up and thrown away.
Stone Summit Assistant
Assist the representative at The Stone Summit. Stand inside and make sure no one walks on the mats or climbs on the climbing walls.
Parking
Help people park at the Stone Summit and let people know if the lot is full.
Food Table
Set out food and monitor the distribution
T-shirt Table
Check people's registration numbers and distribute event T-shirts
