Run The Ritter Job Details

Bib Number Pick-Up and Registration

Work under direction of registration coordinator for bib number pick-up and registration pre-race start.

Parking Assistance

Work under direction of parking coordinators to assist with incoming vehicle management. Minimum Age: 18

Medal Distribution

Handing out medals to all finishers of all distances. Finish Line same for all distances.

Food and Water at Official Aid Station

Work with placement of water, electrolyte fluids, gels and other aid station foods - this table is at 3 mile point in assigned area of parking lot.

Finish Line Food Distribution Set-up and Management

Volunteers will report to finish line food team captain and assist as needed in set up and distribution for finishers.

Course Marshall

Volunteer will be designated by course captain on location on the course to assist with runners stay on official course.

Runner Bag Drop Management

Assist in managing bag drop area for those running more than one or two course laps.

Bib Number Check on Course

Will be checking bib numbers off list at loop one or two or three as needed to assist with managing who is on the course and which loop.

Post Race Clean-Up

Assist race committee with packing up and helping as needed with loading vehicles and helping with venue clean-up.

Event Photographer

Take photos of event before, during and after to help tell the story of Run The Ritter. Will report to event director and photos must be digital for ease of transfer as needed within 24 hours.

Merchandise Sales

Assist team leaders with organizing, promoting and assisting with details involving merchandise sales.

Race Official Assignment

Choose this category if you are willing to be placed as needed by Race Director and Team.

Bike Safety Marshalls on the Course

Up to 3 bike marshalls on the course at various places as determined by race officials to assist with making sure that all participants are safe and to be first responders in the event of an injury on the course.

Back of Course Participant Sweeper

This person will follow behind final participant on course to help course officials determine where the final participants are on the course. This will involve hiking up to 5 miles.
