2025 Bare Buns 5K Volunteer Registration Form

Stuff Goodie Bags the evening before the race. Tara Hall, 6pm

Breakfast Service 7am until 11am.

Preparing and serving lunch from the Naked Parrot. 11:30am until 4pm.

Welcoming runners and guest at front gate, checking registration, and pointing them toward parking. 8:30am until 1:15pm

Helping flag runners and guests into the parking areas for the race. 8:45am until 1:00pm

Checking in runners for the event, passing out timing chips, distributing goodie bags and t-shirts, and taking lunch orders. 8:30am to 12:30pm

Working along the race course to ensure runners don't miss a corner or turn the wrong way onto a path. 12:30pm until 2:15pm

Setting up and staffing the water stations along the course and at the finish line12:30pm until 2:15pm

Driving the safety carts that follow the last runner and carry the nurse and first aid equipment. 12:30pm until 2:30pm

Assisting with setting up and taking down the course. Various times throughout the preceding week and from 11:00am to 3:30pm the day of the race.
