ShelterBox Ride Volunteer Waiver

I hereby release and discharge the Watertown Rotary Clubs, the Henderson Men’s Club, the town of Henderson, sponsors, organizers, and all persons connected with the Rotary/ShelterBox Ride from any responsibility for any injuries or damage I might sustain while volunteering in the event. I voluntarily execute this release with full knowledge that I will not be able to hold any of the forgoing entitles liable for such injuries or death.

I know that bicycling is a sport carrying the risk of personal injury, I know that there are natural and man-made hazards, surface and environmental conditions and risks which in combination with my actions could cause severe or fatal injury. I agree that I must take an active role in understanding and accepting these risks, conditions, and hazards and in preventing accidents from happening.

Assist with parking participants; traffic control at intersections; assist with participant staging area.

Water-Snack Station Crew

Responsible for keeping water and snacks replenished as riders stop and consume. 3 locations on Ride Route
