TRUCKS OR LARGE SUV'S RECOMMENDED FOR 1ST & LAST SHIFTS - Mason Park is the only rest stop on the 5.6 mile route. This stop includes family friendly games, activities, snacks, & fuel. Bring your speakers, play any appropriate music of your choice, your noise makers, your pom poms, your supportive energy & get ready to party! - Shift 1 | Includes pick up at YMCA of supplies & set up at site (3 vol. min) - Shift 2 | Includes take down & drop off at YMCA (3 vol. min) __________________________________________________________ 2.8 miles from the YMCA ( 5 min drive) *all supplies will be provided at pick up/ rest stop, but feel free to bring anything to spruce up the experience for our riders!

Food Prep & Packet Stuffing | THURSDAY BEFORE
June 27th Thursday before the event, we are looking for people to help prep food for the rest stops, and on-site before and after the ride at the Greater Marinette-Menominee YMCA. Shift: 12p-3p All supplies will be provided!

Handing out swag bags, answering questions, and giving information to rider the day before from 4-6pm. June 28th *shift is day before from 3:45-6:00 PM

Process: - each rider will receive a "butterfly" raffle ticket - Give one ticket to YMCA table - give one ticket to food truck
DAY BEFORE | Organizing Rest Stop Supplies
Help put all rest stop supplies together the day before
DAY OF | Rest Stop Loading
Stationed at the YMCA in the back by the loading dock/ dumpsters Each rest stop picks up its supplies at the YMCA before reporting to their station. You will be helping load cars, coolers, water jugs, and making sure each rest stop has all of the materials (food, tabels, tents, Igloo coolers, ice, etc.) Volunteer should be able to move quickly and be able to lift 30-50 lbs. There are different pick up times for each rest stop. Multiple rest stops may be picking up at once
