Registration

Individual will check in pre-registered participants or walk-up registrants. Arrive at OLW by 7:00 am on Sept. 14, 2024.

Pedestrian Safety

The Village Police require a volunteer at every intersection along the route. Works with the event safety coordinator to monitor an assigned intersection on the route. Assignments made on site on Sept. 14, 2024. Please arrive by 7:00am. Must be 16 years or older.

Clean Up

Helps to clean the OLW parking lot and surroundings after the event on Sept. 14, 2024. Please arrive at OLW by 8:00 am. Team captain will assign duties at that time.

Set up

Individual will assist with setting up the start/finish, registration tents, hospitality tents, and other miscellaneous duties. Team captain will make assignements. Please arrive at OLW by 7:00 am on Sept. 14, 2024.

Other/Miscellaneous

If you are open to options and available at 7:00 am, then we can assign you where help is needed on the morning of the event Sept. 14, 2024. Volunteer captain will make the assignment on site at OLW.

Water Station

Set up, staff and clean up water station located at the midway point of the 5K which is across from South Middle School. Pour and distribute cups of water to participants.

First Aide Tent

credentialed health care professional to assist for minor issues
