GOODWILL 5K RUN & 2-Mile WALK Volunteer Waiver

WAIVER STATEMENT: As a signer of this waiver statement, I fully understand that my participation in the 2025 Goodwill Run on March 1, 2025, may result in serious injury or illness. Although I fully appreciate those risks, I desire to participate with regard to the consequences. I waive all claims I may have against the sponsors, Goodwill Industries of South Texas, Inc., or any other individual or firm that takes place or is in connection with this event. This waiver shall be binding on my heirs, legatees, administrators, and assignees. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my photograph, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
