Route Volunteer

Guide run/walkers along the route.

Festival General

Help vendors, sponsors, organizations, and attendees find what they are looking for. Run to get things that someone may need. Like a girl/guy Friday!

Gate Attendant

Welcome new attendees and give them a drawstring bag. Thank attendees on their way out.

Waste Watcher

Watch for doggy messes and clean up waste as necessary. Also, clean up any garbage found on grounds.

Raffle Tickets or Booth

Help sell raffle tickets throughout the event grounds or man the booth.

Set up

Help vendors unload their booth supplies. Help vendors find their spots. Help carry supplies in if needed. System won't let me enter the desired time of 7AM but that's when we'd prefer volunteers check in. You CAN certainly come at 8AM if you can't come earlier.

Tear Down & Clean Up

Help vendors tear down and load up supplies. Help clean up the grounds and ensure everything ready for next event. May take longer than one hour, but not much. Plan on through 5pm, system won't let me put that in.

Contest Attendant

Help get contest participants signed up and in line and direct to what to do. Help give awards out.

Arena Attendant

Help make sure all presentations and contests are running smoothly. Alert organization of their time coming up and direct where to go. May be arena or center of colonnade stage area.

Swag Bags

Help us get the drawstring bags filled with all of the sponsor items so we can hand out filled up bags to participants as they enter the event! Date/time will be determined but will be within the week prior to the event.
