Run Vigor Half Marathon Job Details

Aid Station #1 - location TBD 5:30am - 12:30pm

Help pass out water, gatorade and energy gels. High enthusiasm a must! Feel free to bring music, costumes, and anything else to motivate runners when the pass by your station!

Aid Station #2 - Location TBD 5:30am - 12:30pm

Aid Station #3 - Location tbd 5:30am - 12:30pm

Help pass out water, gatorade and energy gels. High enthusiasm a must! Feel free to bring music, costumes, and anything else to motivate runners when the pass by your station!

Finish-Line Help - 6 am - 2 pm

Variety of duties. pass out medals, awards ceremony, food, assist timer, clean up, etc. etc.

Event Set Up - saturday morning. 4 AM - 8 AM

Help set up final details of the start and finish venues. Start/Finish Arch, tents, tables, chute, food set up, water coolers, etc.

Finish Line / Tear Down Crew - Saturday 11am - 3pm

Assist with finish line and tearing down the event course and venue with our staff.

Photographer 6am-12pm

We're looking for people to take photos of the event from 6am-12pm. No experience necessary. Use your phone if you like. Pays $50!

Aid Station #4

Aid Station #5

Shuttle Bus Coordinators

Assist athletes onto shuttle busses. Work with Team lead to ensure all athletes are on the busses in a timely manner.

Half Marathon Start Volunteers

Assist team in setting up start line venue area at and near Solitude Mtn Resort. Assist the team with setting up the starting area and assisting athletes, gear bags, etc.

10k Start Volunteer

Assist the team with setting up the starting area and assisting athletes, gear bags, etc.

5k Starting line volunteer

Assist the team with setting up the starting area and assisting athletes, gear bags, etc.

Packet Pickup Thursday 3-7pm

Assist checking in athletes, distributing shirts, swag, bibs numbers, etc etc.
