6am to 5pm - Need a truck, meet at DC, bring tables, chairs and some supplies to each aid station on Dipsea Trail, then help close down aid stations and bring back tables, chairs, etc back to the DC (aid station open times: MV 7:30; Mailbox 8:00; Cardiac 8:30; Stinson Beach 9:00; aid station close times: Stinson 1:30pm; Cardiac 2:00pm; Mailbox 2:30pm; Mill Valley 3:30pm
We need people to be eyes on the streets that racers cross. We do not want our monitors to stop traffic, but by wearing an orange vest and asking racers to watch for cars, the cars will slow down looking for racers. We truly appreciate the help keeping our racers safe.
Park at Pantoll, walk down to Dipsea Trail; Amanda Ernzer is leading this station; aid station opens around 8:30 am closes around 2:00
on Arenal Ave off Highway One, down the block from Parkside Cafe; Suzie Dods is leading this aid station; opens around 9:00am closes around 2:00pm
Start between 1 and 1:30; We need a fit and engaged volunteer to leave the Stinson Beach aid station at Arenal (near Parkside) on foot when the aid station closes and run/hike to the race end at Old Mill Park. The Sweep will be aware of the last runners to leave the aid station and watch out for these people and help assess them in their ability to finish the race safely.
Robin Rome is the leader and needs help preparing the dinner during the afternoon, setting up tables and chairs, serving and cleaning up.
