Adult Position: Greet VIP’s when they arrive at the top of the Crows Nest. Take their VIP ticket, exchange it for a wristband and check off each person you provided a wristband to on the correct sponsor line on the provided spreadsheet. Only 6 VIP’s will be allowed per booth. VIP’s will be going up and down to grab food and drinks from the VIP Lounge tent. Only VIP’s with appropriate wristbands will be allowed to enter the walkway to the booths and this will need to be policed by the volunteers.
These volunteers will direct families to the various activities, food vendors, merchandise booth, etc. These volunteers will also collect the colored “Rodeo Poster” from the first 100 kiddos and provide them with a prize. Prize provided by the Buffalo Rodeo
These volunteers will help with preparing the project areas of the arts and crafts area along with overseeing and assisting as needed. These individuals will also help with picking up the project area at the end of the event.
Help provide demonstration and guidance for our littlest barrel racers! This could include running the barrel pattern with them, picking up downed barrels, etc.
This volunteer will be the official timekeeper for our participants. This volunteer will also hand out prizes to each rider at the conclusion of their ride.
These volunteers will be on-site to demonstrate how to rope! Be ready to cheer on these ropin’ wranglers with lots of encouragement! Ring toss will also be an available activity. Additionally, there will be suckers and other prizes that volunteers can hand out a small prize at the end of the activities.
Adult/Youth 16+: Open and shut gate for the tractor, oversee that the public is out of the tractors way. Volunteers must be in western attire - jeans (no holes), long sleeved collared western shirt, cowboy boots and western hat

Adult Position: 3 setters per barrel for each performance (1 adult per barrel, youth assisting need to be 8 years of age or older) Volunteer duties: Reset knocked barrels, move barrels to the side for official drags and reset, rake between drags Volunteers must be in western attire- jeans (no holes), long sleeved collared western shirt, cowboy boots and western hat. You will come to the contestant area one event prior to the barrel event and meet at the bottom of the Crows Nest.
3 barrel setters per barrel (1 adult per barrel, the other can be youth age 8 or over) Volunteers are responsible for resetting knocked barrels, raking between drags and moving barrels to the side for official drags
Adult/Youth 16+ Position: These volunteers will welcome and direct contestants to the correct parking locations for those parking on the north side of the arena.
Adult Position: These volunteers will check for the appropriate VIP wristbands each night of the performance before allowing individuals into the VIP Lounge Tent.
