Gate #2
On Friday man the gate, refer people to the front gates. Saturday shift, man the gate, refer people to the front gates. ONLY BAND MEMBERS WITH WHITEWATER MAY ENTER TO SET UP!
Gate #3
FRIDAY & SATURDAY man the gate, refer people to the front gates. ONLY PEOPLE ALLOWED THROUGH ARE VENDORS AND BAR STAFF
VIP Parking
assist in VIP parking vehicles, point your finger and assist in keeping it organized to allow for easy leaving after the event.
VIP Parking Gate
in charge of the gate, to remain closed unless VIP wristband is present and verified from VIP Captain at the booth.
VIP assistant
monitor the VIP section, answer any questions anyone may have, manage assigned seating for our reserved VIP Sponsors, clear trash from tables after eating.
VIP Gate
monitor VIP gate, people coming in and out must have their VIP pass to re enter through the Vip gate.
Secretary's Assistant Contestant check in/announcer booth
2-4 pm with our office secretary, sell tickets (cash only) at the check in gate, apply wristbands, help our secretary with anything she may need assistance with, help with timed events

man the gate, verify contestants before pulling in keep gate closed, contestant must check in before pulling in, anyone with them MUST PURCHASE A TICKET
