Your job is to ensure the water cups are filled for passing runners, ensure runners know the route, encourage runners as they pass by, and clear the route of trash after the race. Your job is to ensure that all runners checking in the day prior to the race (17 November) receive their race bag, bib, and chip. You will maintain accountability of all checked-in runners and answer any questions regarding the race. Day-prior race check-in will be at Phigenics, 4375 N. Vantage Drive, Fayetteville, AR 72703 on 17 November from 4-6 PM.
Some of the race infrastructure will be set up on 17 November in the afternoon. This will involve heavy lifting and moving the start/finish line, fencing, signage, etc. into place.
