Registration Table

Check in Participants *CORRECT ANY CLERICAL ERRORS WITH REGISTRATION!) Hand out Bibs and Packets

Course Marshalls

Ensure participant's safety. This position may include temporarily stopping and directing traffic for participant's safety. You will need to have a working cell phone to communicate with race director and other people in charge on race day.

Silent Auction Tables Monitors

Monitor the silent auction table and ensure bidders questions are answered if they have any. Assist bidders with registration.

50/50 Raffle Ticket Takers

Go through the crowd selling 50/50 raffle tickets.

Cashier

Take payments for: Day of registrations Silent auction winners 50/50 Ticket Sales Merch Sales Must be able to use a computer/tablet device with a simple POS system and have basic math skills to count money.

Clean up crew

Cleanup garbage and load everything into vehicles. We have to leave the grounds looking better than we found them!
