The Cheddar Challenge Volunteer Waiver

I hereby release and discharge the ReCre’s Bike Studio, All Townships that The Cheddar Challenge routes ride through, Adams Revitalization Committee, Village of Adams, volunteers, sponsors, organizers, and any and all persons connected with The Cheddar Challenge from any and all liability for any injuries or damages I might sustain while Volunteering for this event. I voluntarily execute this release with full knowledge that I will not be able to hold any of the foregoing entitles liable for such injuries or death. I agree that I must take an active role in understanding and accepting these risks, conditions, and hazards and in preventing accidents from happening.

The Cheddar Challenge Job Details

Medal Distribution

Hand out Medals to 12 & under as they finish through the Finish Line Arch.

Registration

You will assist in checking in participants and providing them with their number plates and swag bag.

Coffee Station

You will provide coffee to participants/their families from a specified location.

Water/Snack Station

Staff needed to offer/replenish snacks and drinks for participants at the start/finish line. (snacks and drinks are provided by ReCre's)
