TriUtah Ice Breaker Sprint Tri Volunteer Waiver

By offering my digital signature and volunteering for this event, I acknowledge that I waive any and all medical, civil, or other claims against Skol Sporting Management, LLC dba TriUtah, its sponsors, government entities, venues, and any other organization, group, government entity, team, sponsor, etc., affiliated with this event, arising out of the performance of my volunteer duties, whether for an on-site work-related injury, personal injury or otherwise.

I assume all liability to in the event that I am injured while engaged in volunteer work for this event. I attest that I am covered by a valid medial insurance policy.

I understand that volunteer labor is not tax-deductible as a charitable deduction as defined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS Publication #526).

Friday Venue Set-Up

General Transition and Finish-Line Area set-up. Light to Moderate labor.

Race Morning Athlete Support

Timing Chip Distribution / Finish-Line Set up

Traffic Control

Must be 18 yrs old or older. directing athletes on the bike course at specific locations to ensure athletes stay on course. You'll look cool with reflective vests and flags! We will assign exact locations the morning of the event!

Event Clean-up Crew

Pack it up! Help our staff disassemble and pack-up transition and finish line equipment.

Transition Area Security and Support

Ensure athletes only in transition area during the race. Bring a chair :) Also, help officials make sure all bikes are legal, have bar-end caps, etc (under direction of race officials)

Photographer

We're looking for people to take photos of the event from 7:30am-12pm.
