SATURDAY- Foamy 5k Help

Meet at Rexburg Rapids at 7am on Saturday June 21st. Shirt and assignment will be provided at check in table. Need help cutting fruit, helping with registration, manning foam stations, handing out medals, directing runners on the racecourse.

FRIDAY- Foamy 5k Setup

Meet at Rexburg Rapids at 5:00pm on Friday June 20th. Need help setting up foam stations, marking racecourse, setting up tables and chairs, and just getting things ready for the race day.
