Volunteer Sign-up Form

In consideration of my participation in the Donut Dash 5K Walk/Fun Run  (the "Event"), I agree to assume all risks associated with my participation/volunteering. These risks include, but are not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather (including high heat, humidity, and/ or cold), traffic on the course, and course conditions. In exchange for participating, I, for myself and relevant parties, release the event organizers, sponsors, and associated parties including The NH Sneaker Brigade, The Wheelhouse and the City of Claremont from all claims, including for personal injury, property damage, or death, whether due to negligence or otherwise. I confirm I am physically fit and trained for the event and authorize the Event Director to secure necessary medical treatment in case of emergency, for which I will be responsible for payment. Part 3: Photo and video release I grant permission to the Event organizers and sponsors to use my likeness, such as in photographs, videos, or other recordings, for legitimate purposes without compensation. I agree that these images and recordings can be used for publicity and promotion in various media. I also waive any rights to inspect the final products or receive compensation. Part 4: Acknowledgment I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and photo release. I know it is a release of liability and a contract, and I sign it voluntarily.
