Forever Young Run Job Details

Food & drink station on 4/6 8:30-10:15

Give out a burrito to each race participant. Make sure drinks are available. Clean up location after the race.

Timer assistant on 4/6 8:30-10:15

Assist timer during race and while posting results

Announcer's assistant on 4/6 9:00-10:15

Assist announcer, set up medals and hand out awards during the ceremony

Photographer on 4/6 8:00-10:00

Take photos of race participants at the start/finish line.

Packet pickup on 4/5 12:00-4:00

Check in race participants, distribute shirts, bib numbers and answer questions

Registration/Packet Pickup on 4/6 7:15-9:00

Handle same day race registrations, as well as providing packet pickup. Packet pickup includes giving out shirts and bib numbers.

Course Monitor on 4/6 8:00-10:15

Direct runners at the turn-around point and ensure runners continue on correct route.

Race Set Up on 4/6/25 7:00-8:00

Unload truck with tables for medical tent, registration table, drink station, and water station. Assist with any needed race course set up including mile markers, start and finish line set up.

Race Clean Up on 4/6 10:00-11:30

Load truck with tables from the medical tent, registration table, drink station, and water station. Assist with any clean up post race.

Water Station on 4/6 8:00 -10:00

Fill and pass out waters for race participants. Pick up used cups and clean up site.
