Hand out letters to residents along the course (November 30th 9am-12pm)

Leave CCTX marathon letters to all the businesses and neighbors along the course. We will meet at the Hilliard Center first.

Packet Stuffing (Tuesday, December 15th 9am-1pm)

Stuffing packets.

Count/organize T-Shirts (Thursday, December 17th 9am-12pm)

Counting all shirts and organizing by size.

Labels (Tuesday, December 22nd 9am-12pm)

Placing labels on all bibs.

Volunteer Shirt Pick Up (Wednesday, December 23rd 10:30am-5:30pm)

Give out shirts to Volunteers.

5K Late Registration Table (Saturday, December 26th 5:45am-7am)

5K Pre Registered Table (Saturday, December 26th 5:45am-7am)

Hand out packets to pre registered 5K runners.

Pick up trash (Saturday, December 26th 7am-9:30am)

Pick up trash.

5K Turnaround Water Station (Saturday, December 26th 6:30am-9:30am)

Hand out water to participants and pick up trash if needed.

EXPO SETUP (Saturday, December 26th 8am-10:30am)

Help setup the EXPO.

Expo Help (Saturday, December 26th 10am-6pm)

Give shirts to runners, direct vendors where to set up, monitor gu/lmnt station, monitor sign/bell station, monitor photo op station.

Poster Creation Station (Saturday, December 26th 10:00am-6pm)

Be in charge of the poster creation station. We will provide the supplies. Keep the area clean and encourage everyone to make signs!

Course Marshal (Sunday, December 27th 5:30am-11am)

Help direct runners where to go. You will be placed in various locations and might finish sooner than time listed. Meet at Hilliard Center.

AEP Texas food tent (Sunday, December 27th 8:00am-2pm)

Help AEP hand out food to half marathon/marathon/relay runners and volunteers.

Selena Memorial Setup (December 27th 9am-2pm)

This volunteer position brings the energy to the runner's final stretch! Volunteers will help set up and support a lively area featuring a loud speaker blasting upbeat SELENA music. Expect to provide high energy, big enthusiasm and lots of cheering as you motivate these runners when they need it the most. Your role is all about creating an exciting atmosphere!
