Plans, executes and manages the Rest Stop operation. Calculates and orders merchandise and supplies from vendors needed for the event, estimates volunteers needed for each rest stop, and communicates with the rest stop leads for any adjustments needed for a smooth operation. On the Friday before the event, receives and organizes the merchandise and supplies for the rest stop leads to pick up for the morning of the event. Ensures all rest stop locations are available to use as such, coordinating with the local governments. Keeps documentation of the rest stop operation during the planning and wrap-up of the event.

Will be at the Finish Line at the Don Strange Ranch.
Will cheer all returning cyclists and hand out TdB Completion Medals to them.
Develops a volunteer initiative to enlist individuals to fulfill the manpower requirements of the Tour de Boerne Cycling Event. Coordinates with local community organizations to solicit volunteers. Manages the volunteer data, plans volunteer meetings, and prepares the volunteer bags with shirts and name tags for distribution at the volunteer meeting. Manages the volunteer requirements the day of the event.
