1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in any Singles Mingle Event is entirely voluntary and may
involve strenuous physical activity such as walking, hiking, climbing, running, or participation
in games and other interactive social or recreational activities. I understand that these activities
carry inherent and potential risks, including but not limited to:
 Physical injury (minor to catastrophic), illness, or death
 Tripping, falling, collisions with participants, vehicles, or obstacles
 Exposure to weather conditions such as heat, cold, lightning, precipitation, or wind
 Contact with allergens, food and drink-related adverse reactions
 Interaction with other participants or the general public
 Disease exposure (including contagious illnesses such as COVID-19)
 Uneven terrain, wet or slippery surfaces, or environmental hazards
I understand that these risks may arise from my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions
of others, or the conditions of the event locations. I knowingly and voluntarily assume full
responsibility for all such risks.
2. Medical Acknowledgment & Authorization
I certify that I am physically and medically capable of safely participating in the Event. I
accept responsibility for consulting with a physician if I have any condition that could affect my
ability to participate safely. I consent to emergency medical care and transportation deemed
necessary during the event, and release Singles Mingle Events and associated parties from
liability for any resulting medical decisions or care provided.
3. Personal Responsibility
I agree to:
 Dress appropriately for weather and terrain
 Wear suitable footwear for the event I am participating in
 Refrain from bringing any form of weapon to the event
 Be responsible for all personal belongings—Singles Mingle Events is not liable for lost,
stolen, or damaged items
4. Conduct & Compliance
I agree to abide by all event rules, safety instructions, and local laws. I understand that Singles
Mingle Events reserves the right to dismiss any participant without refund for behavior deemed
inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive to the event or its participants.

5. Contagious Disease Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that by attending this event, I may be exposed to contagious illnesses, including
COVID-19. I assume the risks associated with potential exposure and agree to follow all event,

local, and federal health guidelines. I will not attend if I am feeling ill, have tested positive for a
contagious disease, or have been recently exposed to someone with symptoms.
6. Waiver of Liability & Covenant Not to Sue
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby:
 Waive and release Singles Mingle Events, its organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors,
venue partners, and all affiliated entities (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all
claims of liability, known or unknown, arising out of or related to the event—including
but not limited to those resulting from negligence.
 Agree not to sue any of the Releasees for any personal injury, illness, death, property
damage, or other loss suffered in connection with participation in the event.
This waiver extends to all activities related to the event, including setup, travel, pre- and post-
event functions, and social or community-based engagement.
7. Photo & Media Release
I grant full permission to Singles Mingle Events and its representatives to photograph, video
record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, and voice, and use such media—without
compensation—for promotional, marketing, educational, and editorial purposes in print, online,
or broadcast formats. I waive any rights to inspect or approve any use of such materials.
8. Severability
If any part of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.
