Packet Pickup - Cape - Wednesday
Packet pickup in Cape, Arena Park 4H building- 3-6 pm
Race-day Registration
Assist with race-day registration - at the Arena Park 4H building 6:30-8 am
Race-day Packet Pickup
Monitor the packet pick up area for participants to pick up their own packet. 4H building Arena Park, 6:30-8 am
Pumpkin cookie station
Assist with food table and door prizes.
Course Water station
Set water cups on the table for participants at the turn. 7:30 - 8:45 am; on the trail near Arena Park. Collect cups and trash on the course.
Course safety
Multiple locations on the course to cheer people on and help be sure they don't take the wrong turn.
Lead biker
bike ahead of the lead runner to be sure they know where to go so they don't get turned around on the course.
Finish line results
Assist timers at finish
Food table
Set out snacks and beverages for people to pick up after the event.

Thanksgiving morning - 6 - 9:30 am 4H building, Arena Park
Packet Stuffing
We'll stuff packets, race numbers and shirts on Tuesday evening, beginning around 5 pm. Many hands make light work!
Cookie packaging
We'll package cookies into plastic packaging. Tuesday - afternoon or Wednesday morning, based on peoples' availability.
