Miss Alcorn County Volunteer Team

Volunteer/Award Medals
Team will volunteer with set up, registration or other areas needed before and after run as able. during run the team will cover color stations to toss color. Post run team will assist with presentation of award medals to our autism participants. Friday is set up, packet pickup and our Music in the Park event. Saturday is the Autism Color Run main event.

Biggersville Volunteers

Volunteer team from Biggersville School to help with setup, registration, at color stations and with cleanup/breakdown. Friday is set up, packet pickup and our Music in the Park event. Saturday is the Autism Color Run main event.

Tishomingo County Volunteers

Volunteer team from Tish County Schools to help with setup, registration, at color stations and with cleanup/breakdown. Friday is set up, packet pickup and our Music in the Park event. Saturday is the Autism Color Run main event.

Punishers LEMC Volunteers Team

Will be the events main parking team for Saturday as well as assist with color throw stations, set up, registration, and breakdown as needed to help ensure this event goes smoothly for our autism community. Friday is set up, packet pickup and the music in the park event. Saturday is the Autism Color Run main event.

Friday packet pickup help on April 25

We will need assistance at our registration area for packet pickup for the public from 2-7pm. Checking participants in, packing swag bags to be handed out and other things related to registration

Friday setup on April 25

Noon to 2:00pm on Friday April 25 we will be doing setup for packet pickup and the music in the park event taking place on Friday from 2-7pm

Alcorn Central Volunteers

Kossuth Volunteers

Volunteer team from Kossuth High School to help with setup, registration, at color stations and with cleanup/breakdown. Friday is set up, packet pickup and our Music in the Park event. Saturday is the Autism Color Run main event.

CHS Volunteers

Volunteer team from Corinth High School to help with setup, registration, at color stations and with cleanup/breakdown. Friday is set up, packet pickup and our Music in the Park event. Saturday is the Autism Color Run main event.

Be partnered up with one of our autism runners to help them have the most fun they can during the event.

Anything Needed (Select times available)

You are willing and able to volunteer in any aspect of the event that may be needed. And we thank you very much. Color Throw Stations Saturday, April 26

Arrive by 8am so that you can be given proper instructions and put into place for color stations. This is where the most fun happens. You will help make the event what it is. You get to bring joy to all our participants as they get colored up with all the different color powder colors along the run route. Volunteers are asked to not throw color powder into the faces of participants, only on the shirt or in the air above them. There will be a volunteer debrief before the event starts to cover more. Free pizza, drinks and other goodies available to volunteers.

Bearded Villain Family Volunteers

For Bearded Villains and family sign up as volunteers. The Beard • Charity • Family • Respect • Loyalty •
Let’s do what we do to serve our community, make an impact and have fun while doing it. Bearded Villains family willing to do anything and everything needed to make this happen for our autism community. Friday is set up, packet pickup and our Music in the Park event. Saturday is the Autism Color Run main event.

Breakdown Saturday, April 25

Post run event take down and clean up. Free pizza and/or other snacks are usually provided for those who stick around during this time to help put in the work to clean up the park after all the fun.

Water Table Saturday, April 25

Volunteers to assist during the event with passing out water to participants. Popsicles and other duties may be included with this job.

Parking Team Saturday, April 25

7:00 am - 9:30 am Assist with parking duties before event to help with the safety of all participants. Adults required, teens can partner with adults. Safety vest and autism puzzle batons are provided for all parking team volunteers to use.

Event Set up on Saturday, April 25

Help with set up of event between 6:00 am to 9:00 am for Pre-Run event set up to get everything started.
