Placing "In Memory Of" Signs and Luminary's along race path prior to event
Trash
Placing trash cans (one by each water table and one by booths) and Picking up trash cans/trash prior to and following event.
T-Shirt Distribution
Handing out prelabeled t-shirts to participants at check-in
Directions
Help participants find bathrooms, water, chairs, parking etc.
Parking
Helping participants find parking for event
Booths
Help assist booths in directions of where to set up and things they may need during event
Extra's
Hand out glow sticks etc. to participants prior to race
Pictures
Capture pictures/videos of event/participants/booths to upload to race drive throughout race
Equiptment
Help to gather and set up/take down equipment (tables, chairs, trash cans, etc.) prior to and following event.
