We need people to be eyes on the streets that racers cross. We do not want our monitors to stop traffic, but by wearing an orange vest and asking racers to watch for cars, the cars will slow down looking for racers. We truly appreciate the help keeping our racers safe.
Start between 1 and 1:30; We need a fit and engaged volunteer to leave the Stinson Beach aid station at Arenal (near Parkside) on foot when the aid station closes and run/hike to the race end at Old Mill Park. The Sweep will be aware of the last runners to leave the aid station and watch out for these people and help assess them in their ability to finish the race safely.
