Moose Jam Volunteer Waiver

As and attendee and/or volunteer you must agree to hold harmless the Ashburnham Conservation Trust, RallySound and the property owner of the venue site in the event that you are harmed in anyway while you are onsite for this event. You will be asked to sign a form before you begin to perform your assigned duties, don't forget to check the box here to signal your agreement to this waiver.

Parking

3 hour shifts at one of two pinch points to direct cars to the right parking areas and assist attendees load or unload their gear.

PopCorn Dispenser

You will be making and handing out free popcorn from a commercial popcorn maker. Popcorn will be given out free to attendees

Raffle Ticket Seller

Walking through the crowd selling tickets for a 50/50 Raffle.

Sentries

You will be asked to act as watchers and liasons between the attendees and the concert organizers, with the goal of reporting any potential conflicts or just to answer basic questions about the event and enhance the attendees experience.

Break Down

At the end of the event we will need people to help pack everything up and to strike the site.

Drivers

We will be offering shuttle service from a lower parking lot to the venue site. We will need gold cart drivers
