Will Rogers Stampede Job Details
Parking - Parking Lot Attendees
Assist incoming spectators to parking section as appropriate, ensuring spacing in between each car (slightly more for handicapped spots) and exit lanes every two stacked cars (see map).
Chute Heavens Escorts
Chute Heavens volunteers will escort patrons to their seats as appropriate. Chute Heaven patrons will have arm bands assigned. No other spectators will be allowed in the area other than rodeo committee members.
Chute Heavens Entry Team
Two volunteers will guard entry to Chute Heavens each performance night (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Patrons will specific colored arm band are allowed access only. No other patrons will be allowed in area.
Box Seat Escort
Volunteers will have a list of box seat ticket holders and will escort patrons to their specific box seats. Volunteers will also monitor who is sitting in box seats throughout the evening.
21+ and Over Wristband Volunteer
Volunteer (age 21 or over) will check I.D.'s for those who wish to partake in alcohol and apply colored arm band as designated for each night.
Ticket Booth
Selling of and/or scanning of rodeo tickets to provide patrons entry into rodeo grounds.

Rodeo Office/Hospitality Gate Guard
Committee Member is to ensure no one other than the WRSR Committee, contestants and rodeo sponsors are to be allowed past the rodeo office/hospitality gate into the hospitality area.
Hospitality Guard Gate
Committee Member will stand at opening to hospitality area and allow only those with the appropriate colored arm band entry. No other admittance allowed.
VIP Entry Arm Band Checkers
Volunteers will monitor entry of patrons and ensure entry of only those who have the appropriate colored arm band each evening.
North Gate Entry - Contestants and Rodeo Staff Only
North Gate Entry person to man area to ensure contestants and rodeo personally are allowed entry only
Rowdy Crowd
Gate keepers will allow entry to Rowdy Crowd Fans wearing appropriate colored arm band or rodeo staff only.
