Miles 4 Muscles Job Details

Early Packet Pick Up

Help with handing out packets to the runners at Early Packet Pick Up. Date, time and place TBD

Set Up Crew

Help before the race placing tables and general set up for the event. Might include some lifting of tables, ice chests, etc.

Race Day Packet Pick Up

You will help with handing out packets to the correct people at race day packet pick up.

Race Day Course Marshals

You will be out on the race route at key places where the runners might take a wrong turn. You'll be directing them to go in the right direction

Water Station Volunteers

You will be filling cups with water, setting them out on the table and handing them out to passing runners/walkers. Clean up all cups at end of race. We'll provide everything that you need.

Finisher Medal Volunteers

You'll be passing out the finisher medals to the runners/walkers as they cross the finish line.

Hand out food/drinks

You'll stand at the food/drink table and make sure things gets replenished and clean. You'll help organize this area as well.

Finish Line Water Station

You'll make sure that the water station is kept clean, picked up and supplied with water, which we will provide.

Break Down Crew

You will help with cleaning up after the race, putting tables, chairs, ice chests, etc. in Race Manager's car.
