Lead the team to secure sponsorships and enter details as they arrive into Race Entry.
Sponsor Check-in, Booth Setup, Vendor Support, Sponsor recognition,

Race Operations Squad Leaders

Coordinate: Start and Finish Line support, Hydration Stations, Banana Station, Route Monitors, First-Aid/Safety Support.
Arrive early and put signs out along routes and around Glow Village

Glow Station Squad

Glow Supply Distribution, Staff Glow Stations, Decorations, Photography

Setup & Cleanup Squad

Tear down and clean up area after race - All hands on deck.
Tables, Tents, Signage, Equipment, Trash, Teardown

Registration Squad

Packet pickup, Check-in, Bibs, Shirts.
Coordinate setup of booths, stations, registration, first aid, PD placement, blow-up Start/Finish, T-shirts, DJ Placement
